- Business operational data including business address, phone number, operating hours, service offerings, team member names and credentials, professional affiliations, and any other business information required to perform the Services.
- Website and platform credentials including content management system login information, Google Business Profile access, review platform credentials, and directory platform access, shared solely for the purpose of performing the Services.
- Payment data including billing address, payment method details, and transaction records. Payment card data is processed through our third-party payment processor.
- Communication records including emails, chat messages, meeting notes, and phone call summaries.
3.4. Data Collected From Partners
When you apply for or participate in a partnership, we collect:
- Agency or company information including business name, website, service offerings, client base description, and team size.

- 8.5. Job Applicant Data: 12 months (or 24 months with consent).
- 8.6. Email Subscriber Data: Until unsubscribe. Email added to suppression list.
9.1. Categories: Strictly Necessary, Analytics (Google Analytics), Marketing (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta), and Functional cookies.
9.2. Management: Via cookie banner, "Cookie Settings" link in footer, or browser settings.
9.3. Google Analytics: Anonymized data collection, IP anonymization enabled, 26-month retention.
9.4. Do Not Track: Currently not responded to, but manageable via browser settings.
- Administrative: Background checks, mandatory training, access controls.

10.3. Client Credentials: Stored in encrypted systems, deleted within 15 days of termination.

Our Website interacts with AI platforms (ChatGPT, etc.) and review platforms (Google, Yelp, etc.). Each third-party service has its own privacy policy. We are not responsible for their data practices.

14.3. Service Communications: Notices necessary for engagement cannot be opted out of while an active client.
